When signing up, edit your details and mark your clan abbreviation as 'woob' (no quotes). This should make sure that we're sitting together in the first draft of the seating plan. We are sitting in the 'Battlefield Series' section.
NB A quick word about the i-series. There is no file sharing. Seriously, no file sharing. They have random port scanning going and will segment your port on the switch if they find anything on the standard ports. Most internet services are available (web, mail, ssh, msn etc.), but things like Hamachi are bloked, so that won't work either (we tried).

Accomodation
Update: 2 rooms booked for 3 nights. You all owe Robbo £156/number of people.
Update 2:
RickStein staying with extra person in separate room, number_of_people for original booking is now 7.
TraveLodge∞ down the road can sleep 4 to a room, provided someone doesn't mind spooning on the bed.
The rooms are
£26 per room per night, so if we can get 4 in one and 3 in the other for three nights, that works out as
£22.29 per person.
The Plan
It makes sense to leave any cars we have at the racecourse, bar what we need for transportation? What do we think?
