In a nutshell, get on the A3, get off it onto the A27 East (signposted Hayling Island), get off at the next junction (signposted Hayling Island), 3rd exit at roundabout (signposted Hayling Island). Drive for ages. 2nd exit at roundabout. Drive for more ages. Barley Mow pub on right, 2nd right after that is Bacon Lane. 44 is on the right.
